Excem Real Estate has acquired five plots on the Costa del Sol with 21,000m2 of total buildable area for the development of more than 160 homes. The total investment in the project will be more than 90 million Euros, and the first homes are expected to go on sale during the first quarter of 2019.
The new Excem Real Estate project is located in the municipality of Estepona, a city that has a significant demand for luxury homes due to the residential tourism population increase. This discerning type of resident considers Estepona a privileged destination thanks to its excellent infrastructure and comprehensive services (green spaces, schools, restaurants, supermarkets etc.) that are complemented by the proximity to Marbella, another of the Costa del Sol’s flagship cities.
“With these new projects we will consolidate our presence on the Costa del Sol, a strategic area for us due to its great potential for the European prime real estate market”, adds Andrés Sánchez Lozano, CEO of the company.
The acquisition of the five plots on the Costa del Sol is an integral part of the strategic and business plan that Excem RE, chaired by David Hatchwell Altaras, is developing in the Spanish market.
