PRE-DEVELOPMENT LAND

CONDADO DE ALHAMA: PURELY MEDITERRANEAN

About Us

We own more than 355,000 sqm of land in Condado de Alhama. The current partial planning approval allows the development of more than 800 residential units (including green areas, outdoor swimming pools, sports, and entertainment areas), reaching a total of 2,000 homes once the licensing process is completed.

Condado de Alhama, located between Costa Cálida and Costa Blanca Mediterranean routes in the south west of Spain, comprises an urbanized area of more than 4 million sqm. This is one of the 6 Nicklaus trail resorts, all within an easy drive and considered the best golf courses in Spain.

The resort offers a multitude of services gathered in a shopping area called “Al Kasar”, a design building inspired by arabesque architecture, bringing together around a central patio everything you need to make residents life’s easier, and nights more enjoyable.

The Costa Blanca has more than 200 km of Mediterranean beaches, coves, and cliffs. Due to its adjacent location, its weather conditions are almost identical to those of the Costa Cálida. The Murcian coast is characterized by excellent beaches and coves of calm waters between its two seas: Mar Menor (Europe´s largest salt water lake) and Mediterranean Sea, an ideal environment that allows you to enjoy bathing and water sports throughout the year.

From the extensive beaches of Denia to the white and calm waters of the Torre de la Horadada, stretch kilometers of Blue Flag beaches and coves of golden sand.
