In October 2018 and in partnership with Merlin Properties and Ark Capital Advisors, we acquired Goya 36, a 4,500 sqm asset in the prestigious Barrio de Salamanca neighbourhood, Madrid.
The eight-storey building is in its final stages of development and has been leased to WeWork. The building is scheduled to be opened for business on January 2021. Excem Real Estate is responsible for the development and asset management.
